AndHealth provider teams and care plans/treatments are covered by Medicaid, Medicare, (employer) group, and individual insurance plans.
Our enrollment team will work closely with you to understand your insurance coverage for visits and specialty medication, and ensure that you have access to other insurance and government benefits you may qualify for to get the most out of your care plan for the lowest cost.

Medicaid Plan
No copay for any provider visit (dermatologist, coordinating provider, health coach, clinical pharmacist, patient navigator).
Orders for tools and tracking to manage your condition are also provided at no cost, e.g., lab work, imaging, nutrition programs, and sleep tracking.
Medicare Plan
Depending on your Medicare or Medicare Advantage plan, your copay will vary. Typically, a specialist copay is charged for dermatology visits and a primary care copay for NP visits. Pharmacist, health coach and patient navigator provided with no copay, along with other tools to manage your autoimmune care.
Group or Individual Plan
Copays include a specialist copay for dermatology visits and primary care copay for nurse practitioner visits, depending on your health plan type (e.g., HMO, PPO, HDP). Pharmacist, health coach and patient navigator are provided with no copay, along with other tools to manage your autoimmune care.
Uninsured
One of our care navigators will work with you to find primary and dermatology care on a sliding fee scale, even if you do not have an insurance plan right now. Additionally, they will help you find other assistance programs you may qualify for to help with housing, transportation, groceries and utilities.
