Stories from people living well with chronic symptoms
While living with MS has unique challenges, it typically shares the common autoimmune symptoms of chronic pain, fatigue, and brain fog. Your AndHealth MS team will meet you where you are and support you during and between visits to reach your health and life goals – from dancing with your kids, to enjoying the holidays without worry about the onset of a relapse or new impairment.

“I have had really amazing results since I started with AndHealth. I have had significant reduction in my overall inflammation that I didn't really know I had. It's one of those things where you don't know how bad you feel until you start feeling better.”

Benefits of online neurology visits
-
When you are having heavy fatigue, pain, or brain fog, an online appointment can be much easier to join.
-
An online appointment saves you time from driving to an office (or getting a ride), sitting in a waiting room, and then seeing your provider.
-
An online appointment should feel as unrushed and thorough as in person.
- Our first appointments run 45-60 minutes so that you have time to tell your health story, and get all of your questions answered about your MS and your overall health.
-
We want you to always feel that you can ask all of your questions, report on how you've been feeling, and help us create or modify the best treatment plan for you.
Telehealth physical exam
-
Your neurologist will ask how and where you are experiencing symptoms.
-
They will ask you to demonstrate or show your symptoms on camera to visually confirm and assess where possible.
- When symptoms are hard to visualize, your neurologist will order imaging (x-ray or MRI) to get more information, as they would during an in-person exam.
Video appointment tips
-
You and your provider will join a video call at a place most convenient to you—at home, work, your car, etc.
-
Choose somewhere quiet where you can speak freely, and where you have a good internet connection.
-
Your nearest Community Health Center can also provide a private room with a computer where you can join your appointment (reserved in advance).
