What is Project IMPACT?

Project IMPACT by AndHealth offers whole-person specialty care for autoimmune conditions at little-to-no cost to participants. We treat moderate-to-advanced autoimmune conditions through a combination of medication management and lifestyle support for nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and environmental factors.

Contribute to autoimmune knowledge

Our team of experts created a clinical protocol, which we use to monitor and treat specific chronic conditions. This protocol is customized to each participant and combines medication and lifestyle support to address root causes of autoimmune conditions.

Participants contribute to helping others by actively participating in the program and answering periodic questionnaires. The questionnaire results are pooled to showcase how participants are responding to treatment.

As a participant you’ll receive:

  • Thorough root cause lab testing and a personalized treatment plan.
  • Access to AndHealth providers, specialists, and health coaches to address the underlying causes of your conditions.
  • Medically tailored meal delivery and supplements.
  • Comprehensive medication management and affordability/access support for your medication.
  • The convenience of virtual visits and real-time messaging, plus onsite care when needed.

Your autoimmune experts

You’ll have access to a team of experts, including a rheumatologist, dermatologist, internist, and a health coach.
